My very first pleasant experience at a dealership!

Just bought my 2009 Prius and couldn't be happier. Dealt with Cory ,the internet manager, who was very helpful with all my questions and little picky details. In the end all we had to do was go in and pick up the car. No hours of haggling and no last minute changes in the "fees." And they gave us the best price out of the 11 dealerships we checked. Great customer service !

avoid this place for repairs by Lang N. at InsiderPages

went for oil change . paid them . car wouldnt start. something went wrong with radiator during the 90 minutes i gave it to them. when i finally get radiator fixed i noticed they damaged my front bumper

Quick, Easy, and Quality Service

Let me add in the beginning itself that i only go there for Oil change and maintainence. but great service, knowledgable staff and in-out service in just under 30 minutes. PROS: great fast service CONS: honda rates tend to be higher

I wouldn't hesitate to stopby SF Honda before you finalize

I have to say that the customer service I received from Christopher Scharf was what I wished all car sales people would behave like. None of that back and forth stalling, keeping you at the dealership for hours. Never over talked the merchandise nor pushed for a sale, he just helped me get the information I was looking for.
