Don't bother moving yourself!

These guys did a fantastic job moving me out of my apartment and have taken great care of my belongings in their storage facility. I've used them twice now, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mover. They were timely, considerate and very careful with my grandmother's antique furniture.

I'd use them again and again

I used Bay City movers for my first move a year ago, and then again this year. I recommended them to my roommate, and she used them too. I am just about to give their number to my brother for him to use. They are pleasant, do a great job, cognizant of not damaging walls and boxes and furniture. They're quick and polite- and a great deal for the price when moving within the city. I have never had any scheduling problems.

They messed up our move date! If my husband had not called to confirm they wouldn't have shown up! Two guys were GREAT, but the third guy was a hired hand and had NO moving experience. Even though the boxes were labeled he would put things in the wrong rooms and I cringed every time he put and dragged something on the hardwood floors in our new house. It was raining on our move day - they wrapped everything wonderfully, but didn't bother to wrap the boxspring for our bed. Because of a leak in their truck our boxspring got soaked! No call from the company to apologize. The owner stopped by to help for a couple of hours which was great - until we received the bill which included his hours on top of the quote that we received for the original three guys!

Professional, courteous and these guys can MOVE!

Wow, what can I say except that Bay City Movers exceeded our expectations for our move from beginning to end! My wife and I, who are expecting our first baby in 3 weeks, have nothing but rave reviews for these guys. They epitomize what customer service should be like in this day and age. They were friendly and professional and treated our items as if they were their own. They competitively priced and worth every penny! We will definitely use Bay City Movers again and recommend them to family and friends! P.S. We had EVERYTHING boxed up and good to go, which according to the movers really made the process smooth and efficient.

Completely worth it

If you are considering moving yourself - drop the idea. Go with these guys, they are completely reliable and professional. I say this after doing a lot of research and interviews about moving experiences and after having tried them myself. They even refused an offer of pizza saying they wanted to save MY time. What more can I say except - book well in advance.
