I made an error that caused a client to go out twice into the pouring rain today. As a gesture of apology, I ordered a floral arrangement from Rossi & Rovetti. I placed the order a little after 1:30pm and the flowers were on my client's desk before 3:30pm----actually before he came back from the appointment!
Ordering online was a breeze---so different from my usual experience with ordering...

Birthday flowers received at the end of the day
I received birthday flowers at the end of the day..nice flowers but late..late delivery..tried calling the store and could only reach answering service
Church Street helped me order flower from across the country, to be delivered to a local hotel. They were friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier and would give them my business again in an instant.

I think since she's gotten some clients in high end hotels she has rediculously raised her prices and it's toally no worth it. She is very creative alright but definitely NOT worth the price.
I get all my flowers from the French Tulip because the service is very personal, with an attractive French flair, and the price is right. I don't ever know exactly what I want in the way of flowers so I appreciate that Leticia gives me just the right amount of guidance to make beautiful bouquets for my wife. They also sell cool soaps and tablecloths and the like.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR AWAY.

Robyn is awesome. She offers home delivery on little notice, regularly recurring deliveries and often makes trips to the cemetery to deliver my loved ones flowers. Arrangements are always unique and I love them and the service.

just not the same...
since the management changed, this shop is just not the same... their arrangements are now conventional and dated, when they used to be whimsical and interesting! plus, they seem very disorganized with their deliveries.
Mita is the most professional and well informed florist I have ever met, not to mention she went out her her way to meet my needs at a price that was competitive. Also, her being a hawty helps too! <3 Thanks Mita! the dried arrangements where great!
I've been ordering flowers from Bloomers for years. They consistently create gorgeous arrangements, whether small and delicate or large and breathtaking. They also have a beautiful selection of vases that you'll want to use over and over again.
Located just a few blocks from California Pacific Medical Center and from Kaiser, Bloomers can get flowers to a new mom quickly.

170 dollars of dead flowers
I ordered flowers as a gift for my wife while I was traveling. It took 2 calls to get them to tell me when the flowers were going to be delivered and when I got home from 3 days of traveling and saw what 170 dollars had bought, very little flower which was close to its end. I was very disappointed with bloomers. The arrangement didnt do me any favors with my love. I couldnt recommend them.

So what happened to the store?
I dropped by to pick up flowers after I watched their video and they don?t have a store anymore, or are they out of business?
Disappointed.
